A high-functioning small positioner series that allows for automation of circumferential welding with a single unit. It can also be extended using the weaving unit(sold separately) or the exterior operation BOX.

The KOIKE Turning Roll TR Model Series is a line-up of models that support loads from 1-50t.
For roller interval adjustment, TR-1BR is set to any position on the frame and fixed in place, TR-3BR is fixed in place with a knock-pin and for TR-5R and above, a screw structure is used.

It is possible to pivot/rotate the work with a small amount of manual force by setting work based on the center of gravity. KOIKE's original, special positioner that doesn't use any force of motors, etc.
