The LASERTEX-series cutting machines is the ultimate solution for the larger capacity and higher accuracy demands of today's industry. The LASERTEX is designed to address the increasing demand for reducing the cost of operating expenses by utilizing common-line cutting and unmanned operation.
Costs can be reduced significantly by operating the system unattended during night shift hours. The LASERTEX is capable of producing two shifts of operation for one shift's labor cost. A dross-free result eliminates the need for secondary cleaning operations. Common-line cutting reduces remnant scrap costs from 1% to 5%. With unmanned operation, cost of operating the machine is lower due to decreased cost of power and no operator interference.
